Do's and Don'ts to be fit and healthy

1.  Drink 2 liters of water a day.









2. Eat minimum 1 fruit and 1 vegetable every day.


3 .Don'teat junk food.


4. Do exercise and sports.


5. Sleep minimum 8 hours every day.


6. Don't drink soda and alcohol.


7. Don't smoke.


8. Don't eat much sugar and salt.


9. To take fresh air.


10. Watch TV maximum 2 hours a day.
